Leaf Close Up

Serving the Southwest Ohio counties of Butler, Darke, Miami, Preble, and Warren since 1983.

Shared Harvest finds, rescues, and distributes food to people facing food insecurity alongside a network of more than one-hundred partner agencies that include food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters throughout Southwest Ohio.

1 in 9 people in Ohio is food insecure.

Shared Harvest is dedicated to assisting our neighbors in need. While we work with our member food pantries to provide them with food to give our neighbors, we also provide multiple direct service programs. We help people apply for the federal SNAP benefits, provide seniors with monthly boxes through the federal CSFP program, and host regular drive-thru distributions.

Drive Thru Food Distributions

Shared Harvest hosts food distributions throughout our counties every month. In Butler county we have a distribution every Friday afternoon from 1-3pm. Neighbors must preregister for this distribution by calling our help center (513-881-9024) on Monday mornings at 8:30am.

Once a month, we host a distribution in Preble, Darke, and Miami counties. Neighbors don't need to preregister for these distributions. For dates, times, and locations, please view our event calendar.
