The Virtual Case Manager (VCM)
The VCM is a free web-based, custom-designed, agency-shared client registration repository & referral database program which allows agencies to better coordinate their services, be more effective in serving their shared clients and be accountable to each other.
The Holiday Community Project
Is a web-based central repository for participating agencies to register families applying for special holiday food baskets and gifts. This free program provides information organizations can utilize to maximize the resources they have available, limits duplication of services and provides accurate information on holiday services provided.
Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB)
The OBB a web-based program developed as a tool to alleviate poverty. Social service agency staff & volunteers are trained to be OBB counselors, who assist clients in completing a series of questions. The information provided can be used to populate applications for public benefits such as SNAP or child care. A hard copy is printed out for the client along with follow up instructions for how to continue the benefit application process. For low to moderate-income families, OBB can also be used for free e-filing of federal & state taxes.
